Brad Pitt Admits Hardest Part of Shooting F1 Movie Was Learning How to Drive a Car

HOLLYWOOD, CA - In anticipation of the release of F1, Brad Pitt shared with Access Hollywood on Tuesday that the hardest part of shooting his latest movie was learning how to drive a car.

“Yeah, it was a crazy experience, man. I remember the first day, the director called me to a racetrack and told me to get in one of the cars. I was like, ‘Okay, but where are the green screens?’ He said, ‘No green screens.’ I said, ‘What? Are you crazy?’ Then he told me if I didn’t drive a full lap, he was going to drop me from the movie. I’m not really a method actor, but I was like, sure, man, I’ll give it a shot.”

According to an anonymous intern at the track, Pitt proceeded to inch his way around the course at about five miles per hour, frequently stopping to avoid crashing into the side wall.

Pitt later claimed that, due to his long career, he hasn’t driven a car in more than 40 years—only getting behind the wheel of stationary set cars.

At press time, Pitt was caught cheating off his daughter Vivian’s driver’s license test at the DMV.
